Portuguese startup launches platform set to revolutionise football club management

Anyone who has spent time around a district-level football club knows how it works: attendance ends up in a notebook nobody can find, call-ups go out on WhatsApp, and last season's data disappeared with the previous coach. Adjunto exists to put an end to this.

Day-to-day club operations are still analog
Portugal has thousands of football clubs outside the professional circuit. Most still work with Excel, paper and group messages. When the coach moves on, the information goes with them. When the board wants to know how many members are paid up, nobody is sure. When there is a field schedule conflict, it is only discovered on the day.
These are simple problems, but nobody solves them because existing tools are either too expensive or designed for a different kind of organization.
What Adjunto actually does
On the coach and technical team side:
- Season planning: macrocycle, mesocycle and microcycle. Real periodization, not a color-coded calendar
- Game model: documented tactical principles and patterns, accessible to the whole technical team
- Exercises: a library that grows over time, with AI-assisted variants
- Match preparation: opponent analysis and strategy definition, all in one place
- Training, call-ups and attendance: set up in seconds, everything stored
On the board and club management side:
- Members and dues: you know who has paid, who has not, and you can export whatever is needed
- Finances: income and expenses organized, with reports the board can actually read
- Fields: a shared calendar that avoids conflicts between age groups
- Equipment: inventory with assignments, so you know where the bibs and cones are
- Medical department: injury and recovery tracking, without exposing clinical data to the coach
- Club website: matches, news and member sign-up, no developer required
Works on mobile and desktop. Encrypted data, servers in Europe, GDPR compliant. Available in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
